I am wanting to convert a garage into a bedroom and a closet and a bathroom, carpet ect. The room next to it requires a little work carpet, closing off the washer and dryer and turning the closet that faces the den around. Would like to share the bathroom with the other room if possible.

I would like to convert a 2 car garage into a living room. This would include removing the garage door and adding a window and siding. Also, we would like to add a shower to the existing 1/2 bathroom. (we would need to extend the bathroom into the garage area by 4 feet to make room for the stand up shower)

Add 8 foot by 21 foot extension to family room including dormer type roof over addition with sliding glass door on 8 foot wide wall and floor to ceiling windows on 21 foot wide wall. Slope of yard will result in additon being about 4.5 feet above ground. Exterior brick up to floor level with vinyl siding from floor level to roof.

I have a bathtub/shower combo with some cabinets directly abover it making for a very enclosed space that I would like to completely redo. I envision having the cabintes above the shower/tub gutted and then a new shower/tub with nice large tile and new faucet/shower fixtures and a couple of recessed lights placed in above the bathing space. Replace garden tub and sink-vanity with walk-in shower, 200 s.f. Travertine and 24 s.f. glass block. Water tower fixture. Replace old vanity with pedistal sink. Old Stand up shower needs to be demoed as well as garden tub and existing 32 s.f. of floor tile.

I need the work done this month Aug 2009 and and estimate this week. I have a fiberglass tub with shower surround that has a crack in the floor of the tub in the existing bath up stairs. A new mixing valve is needed in this unit also. Am interested in possibly building a 2nd bath into the basement also.

We own an old home (1942) near downtown / heights area, around 1110 sq. ft. We have plenty of room on our lot to add a master suite in the place of our second driveway, we would also like to add on the utility to have it inside the home instead of out in the garage. I have plans drawn up but need blueprints done, I am an interior designer so I have a pretty good idea of what I want but am definitely open to idea's / changes. We are excited about making this addition to our home sometime in the next year, we'll have to before we have a second child.
